Who doesn't like a SWEET and SALTY treat?! A snack with a healthy twist of local wildflower honey, organic creamy peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. This treat is low in sodium and cholesterol, high in manganese and very high in vitamin B6.

Tropical Breeze Bites
Throughout the years traveling to the Islands from Bermuda to Hawaii, I automatically fell in love with the wonderful flavors of the Caribbean. Here is a my twist on a tropical treat! A no cholesterol, low in sodium, very high in manganese and high in selenium treat.
Ingredients: Organic gluten-free rolled oats, Non-GMO unsweetened shredded coconut, local wildflower honey, coconut butter, flaxseed meal, macadamia nuts and dried pineapple.

Cranberry-Walnut Spice Bites
An inspired tasty treat of autumn! A little bit of crunch, spice and sweet. This is a no cholesterol, vegan, low in sodium and very high in manganese treat.

This dessert was from a family recipe that was handed down to me a few years ago. This recipe has been slightly altered to meet my Basic Bites "healthy twist" philosophy, by adding quality ingredients and reducing the sugar content, I think I made a deliciously delectable treat that is better for you. Ingredients: EXTERIOR: organic pumpkin puree, local free range eggs, stone ground whole wheat flour or gluten free flour, organic brown sugar, spices, baking soda, sea salt. FILLING: Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and spices. It is high in selenium and Vitamin A.
